Koch's Extended Family is an ongoing feature from the Koch Auto Group putting the most important people into the spotlight: our customers. Koch Ford Lincoln was proud to welcome DK Ford's first ever customer Carol and her husband Lou Soucy back into our showroom for her newest vehicle this week.

The car had to be brought in special for Carol before DK's doors were even opened. Since 1993, Carol has bought all her cars from Koch, following in the footsteps of her parents. Her bread and butter for the last 20 years have been Ford's mid-sized sedans, including Topaz, Focus and the Focus Wagon. However, she got a surprise June 27 when she walked into the Koch showroom and found a silver Lincoln MKX decked out in a bow and flowers as an early birthday present from her husband Lou.

"I've bought every one of my vehicles from the boys since then, and so has my mom and dad since they've lived here - about 12 years. They've just gotten bigger and better and bigger and better. Never did I dream that for my 60th birthday I'd be getting a Lincoln. Wow." Duane Koch, vice-president of the Koch Auto Group, says it's the loyal customers like Carol who help make his job better. "We are so happy to have her come back, and so honoured that over the years she's dealt with us, has been such a good friend and such a loyal customer," Duane said. "We have a ton of customers like Carol, (people) who are great friends and relatives that have dealt with us and bought all their vehicles, their Moms & Dads and sisters and brothers. We've done a lot of business that way over the years.
