The F150 offers four different gasoline engine choices which have all been proven through real world testing, tackling each and every one of the tough jobs that have been thrown at it.
- 2.7L EcoBoost® V6: This engine delivers 325 HP at 5,000 RPM. It also provides 400 lb-ft of torque at 3,000 RPM.
- 3.5L EcoBoost® V6: This engine delivers 382 HP at 6,000 RPM. It provides 500 lb-ft of torque at 3,100 RPM.
- 5.0L V8: This engine delivers 400 HP at 6,000 RPM. It provides 410 lb-ft of torque at 4,250 RPM.
- 3.5L PowerBoost® Full Hybrid V6: In addition to the gasoline engines, Ford offers a robust full hybrid option for those looking for a combination of huge power, reliability, and reduced fuel consumption. This hybrid engine delivers 420 HP at 6,000 RPM. It also produces 570 lb-ft of torque at 3,000 RPM.
Choice & Customization: 7 Trim Levels
Ford offers a full range of options when it comes to how you can build your truck. There are 7 trim levels to choose from, each offering their own suite of standard and optional equipment:
- XL (Standard Workhorse): This trim comes equipped with a standard 2.7L engine and a 12” screen. It also includes safety features such as a rear view camera, blind spot monitoring, and front driver and passenger forward, side-seat mounted, and safety canopy® side curtain airbags.
- STX (Upgraded Workhorse): This model features all the same standard equipment as the XL. It adds aesthetic features such as 18” gloss black painted wheels, and unique sport cloth seats.
- XLT (Popular Option for Families or Fleets): Including all the standard equipment of the STX, this trim provides additional aesthetic and technological upgrades such as the Ford Co-Pilot 360™.
- Tremor (Rugged Truck Designed for Roads and Mountains): This truck includes all of the standard safety and convenience features you’ve come to expect. It adds an off-road tuned suspension with 1.7” twin-tube dampers, selectable Rock Crawl and Trailer Control™ modes, a standard 3.5L engine, and uniquely designed interior and exterior aesthetic upgrades.
- Lariat (Powerful Luxury): This truck comes equipped with a standard 3.5L engine. It also features standard luxury features such as heated and ventilated Activex® seating, LED headlamps, and a 360-Degree camera.
- King Ranch (Luxury Country Living): With all the standard equipment of the Lariat, this truck is uniquely its own. Unique aesthetic features such as heated and ventilated luxury leather seating, unique exterior aesthetics, and personalized branding is why this truck is a favourite of Alberta.
