A few months later needed up with a huge crack in the moonroof as a result of a teenie, tiny “rock chip”. I’d been meaning to bring the vehicle in as I could hear a creaking (when I went over bumps, turned while reversing down the driveway, and occasionally rattling that would stop when I applied pressure with my hand on the lining of the moon roof). I put it off because I thought maybe I was being picky, but after the crack and huge cost to replace I wanted the issue resolved. To help with my frustration the sales paid for my moonroof to be 3M’d as was suggested by arrive. After taking the vehicle elsewhere to be serviced for a tire repair (that I brought to Koch to fix at the same time the 3M was installed, but was not fixed) I was told that the glass should not have been 3M’d because if the glass can’t shatter as it’s supposed to in an accident, it essentially turns the glass into a giant blade. Long story long, after wasting hours bringing the car back and forth to the dealership (Ford Canada tells me I can’t bring it elsewhere because Koch has worked on it and it’s now a workmanship issue), I still have a moonroof that creaks. This was after it was initially “fixed” and I took back possession of the car with grease finger prints all over the head liner. This was rectified, but it’s a frustrating waste of time and energy. I wish I had purchased a Nissan as my friend just did. A beautiful car with a moonroof that does not creak. Less

Would give zero stars if I could. Quoted $3500 to replace an AC compressor, for which four other competitors quotes averaged $1100 including labour using new parts. Quoted $3500 to replace an AC compressor, for which four other competitors quotes averaged $1100 including labour using new parts. Even gave a different shop the part list ford gave me after charging $265 for a diagnosis (which competitors charge $90 I learned after). Koch Ford tried to justify the cost saying the part itself was $800 dollars, and it would take 7 hours to install. That means they would have charged me $385 and hour for labour and shop fees, and perhaps a hose or two. These people are thieves which give Ford a shameful name. Their politnesss does not make up for their prices exceeding 3x that of a local shop for the same work. Less
