I encourage you to try it, unless your car needs provider is perfect. Great job, Koch Ford! I called them with an electrical problem. They booked me the next day, which was very nice. The assessment took longer than expected but they did their best on a busy morning to not make me wait for too long. The best news is that they found the issue and rebooked the next day for repairs! That was another action that impressed me. So I did change the rating from a 4, to 5 stars. Just to mention that I did not purchase the vehicle from this dealership, but they are much better in servicing it so I go to them rather than the one I bought it from. Old, 4 star rating: I called this dealership to change my summer tires. They are closer to my place than the one I bought the truck, so I wanted to give them a try. The service was very good. They took my truck on time. I had to wait there for the work to be done. It took them 2 hours, more than what I was initially told and I actually expected. However, they were really busy that morning. I will go back for the next maintenance call and hope things will go well and make them my preferred shop for all my truck's needs. Less
