Just picked up a new 2016 MKX and was amazed at the advances in technology in the 3 years since I bought the 2013 MKX. The movement to switches vs. touch screen is positive as is the improvement in SYNC. I am very pleased with my new purchase. Koch was very accommodating in remedying a manufacturing defect in the transmission of my 2019 Nautilus. They showed they really cared. Less

My exprience with Koch ford is the worst even I've been through. I purchased their pre-paid service plan when I bought the vehicle from Koch Ford, but found out they missed several services, which around $800 value based on their service report. when I came back to them and they denied with a very rude attitude and told me there is nothing they could do. They treated you like God before you purchase their vehicle, but treat you like a dog after you bought. They will also recommond some unnecessary pre-paid service to you when you buy new car. Once you bought it, they will tell you something, which is supposed to be covered in the service plan, is not covered unless you read your contract very carefully and also check their service report word by word. Otherwise, you may miss some important service but not realized at all and they would not admit their mistakes and completely ignore you. The worst Ford dealer in Edmonton. Not recommonded at all. If you still want to buy the vehicle from them, then don't buy their pre-paid service plan, it would NOT save you any dollar, might cost MORE!! If you already bought it and do maintainance there, READ YOUR SERVICE REPORT VERY CAREFULLY WORD BY WORD!! Hope this help you guys. Less

Jacob was a very amiable person to work with and he had some vehicles picked out for me upon my arrival based on the information I had given to me prior to my visit. My test drives were stress-free and he seemed very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicles and allowed me to test the vehicle at different (legal) speeds, test the brakes, etc. He seemed sympathetic to the fact that I was shopping around at different brand dealerships and didn't try and guilt or pressure me into buying from him. When I came back a second and third time to the dealership he was very agreeable to me doing another test drive on the vehicle I was considering. In the end I got what I think is a great deal from him when I purchased the Fiesta and the car was handed over to me, freshly detailed. He helped me set up my SYNC feature when I picked up the vehicle and his service extended past the point of purchase when I had subsequent questions about the vehicle. He pointed me to the right people for what I needed to know. I would recommend anyone going to Koch request Jacob. He seemed like not only an educated employee, but a trustworthy and reliable person.
