However, Koch Ford went above and beyond to make things right and ensure I had a great customer experience. Their effort to take care of the situation did not go unnoticed. It was our first time shopping there but Andres in Sales and Leanne in the business office were both excellent to work with. The car was clean and ready for viewing when we arrived for our appointment and we got a thorough tour of it. Pricing was very fair and once we agreed we were buying, it was sent to detailing for another complete wash, so it was spotless when we were ready to leave. The entire buying process was friendly and stress free. I would definitely go back to Koch when I'm ready to shop for my next vehicle. Less
