They told be on Thursday they would have one Friday morning.) Koch had one and offered to replace it that same day. I then drove to Edmonton. The service I received at Koch ford from the moment I stepped into the dealership to the time to leave was outstanding. I also was amazed they also took the time and detailed my vehicle inside and out. Service Advisor Clarence Ell gave exceptional service. From booking our unit in for service to offering us some lunch from their cafeteria, coffee, water etc. as we waited for our vehicle. Thank you Clarence keep being a outstanding Service Advisor I know it can be a tough job sometimes. Thanks to all the amazing staff at Koch Ford. Outstanding dealership. Less
Awesome experience.
The service department at Koch fit me in on short notice and the work was completed within an hour. The courtesy Uber was a nice touch.
