They looked up all other recalls and potential warranty issues with my truck (before the warranty expired), found a few other small repairs, and fixed everything free of charge. From the test drive where we had to be accompanied by the salesman, to the refusal to accept Ford X-Plan pricing unless we trade in a vehicle, and the absolute awful trade in value they tried to say was what our car was worth this dealership is an absolute MUST AVOID. There is a reason they have all the cars in stock, and it’s not because they get a lot but they don’t sell a lot! Do yourself a favour and go to any other Ford dealership where they don’t try to rob you blind. Less
