Always great staff and service
I would have rated them a 5 when I bought my truck, but once you get it off the lot, I think they care a lot less. It may be just me. It may be just me. Heres what happened: I mentioned to my salesman that I misplaced the manual to my truck. I got no response. I also mentioned an issue with the truck's transmission. They downplayed it. Upon doing some research, I have learned that there is a class action lawsuit for my 2019 f150 for just that. Don't get me wrong. I was over the moon happy with this dealership when I first bought the truck. It's just disappointing when you don't get the same service after-the-fact. Seems a bit insincere to me. Less
