The service is definitely on the expensive side but I thought I could trust them to keep my vehicles in good condition. They have done that overall but my last service visit was unsatisfactory. The service tech called saying my vehicle an oil leak and there were a number of upkeep items that needed to be done to the tune of 4400.00 and some change. I asked about a discount of any kind and he offered me 200.00 which I agreed to. A bit later he called saying my battery needed replacement as the vehicle wouldn't start that morning and needed a boost. He also said my wipers needed replacement. Another roughly 300.00 was added. I paid the roughly 4700.00 and got my vehicle home. The same day I took my other Lincoln in for an oil change. The service tech called saying that besides the oil change the vehicle needed some other work but because it was already in the shop it would be eligible for a 20% discount. I called my tech and asked why my first Lincoln didn't get that discount. He had no explanation and after speaking with his service manager texted me I was just too late for that special but would offer me 250.00 for future service. This to me is unsatisfactory and I would not recommend Kosh in the future. Less

Crooked as can be, you call up & see if u can buy a new vehicle on they're lot & they tell u to come in for a test drive, what they don't tell u is u just can buy it, u have to have a… MoreCrooked as can be, you call up & see if u can buy a new vehicle on they're lot & they tell u to come in for a test drive, what they don't tell u is u just can buy it, u have to have a vehicle to trade in that they lowball u on, then they charge you full price on the new on so they make money both ways, they basically hold u ransom so you will accept they're low price in order to buy the new vehicle, no wonder car salesmen have such poor reputations & then to top it off you can't post a negative review unless u give them 1 star, they don't even deserve 1 star for the scam they're pulling. I asked the sales manager why this isn't posted at the top of they're website & he didn't even answer me, just sent my deposit back Less
