We have been looking for an Aviator for quite some time, and finally seen the perfect on one on Koch Lincolns website. We went to the dealership to purchase it, as we were confident it was the one. Unfortunately we were told we were unable to purchase from the dealership without a trade in to contribute to their inventory, we were needing to keep our current SUV for the needs of our family. Upon discussion we then offered our 2015 Ford Escape to be traded in to be able to purchase the Aviator. To our surprise we were told our car was "too old", "too used", and "we couldn't make enough money off that". So unfortunately our families vehicles don't meet the standard of their dealership and we are left unable to shop there. If you are a family who gets value out of there vehicles and drives them longer then two years I would run fast from this dealership! Less
By far the best Ford dealership in town!
Best service I've ever received at a dealer. Staff was super friendly and they done the work very quickly. Highly recommend.
