Koch Ford was able to book the appointment the next day and programmed the key while I waited. The staff on the phone and in the shop were friendly and helpful. Good customer service. Not happy about the additional complexities and costs of Ignition Key Transponders (IKT), but greater security often comes with added costs and less convenience. Less
