Well don’t have all day to write all that went wrong here but I would never buy from them. After missing their delivery date 3 times in 2 weeks I was starting to wonder if I should even buy the truck. I drove 5 hours to get it and still told me it wasn’t ready and they would bring it 4 days later which never happened. After talking to the sales manager and stating how unhappy I was he told me he couldn’t sell me the truck due to the fact if I gave a poor review to ford it would affect his bonus. Good thing I already had the review in my email to fill out. So I went over to Freedom Ford and bought the exact truck and it was ready to go in 2 days. Less

New vehicles are in tight supply now and I was lucky they had an available one on the lot as I drove up. Timing was also lucky as I got to customize the 3M protection package they apply to new vehicles to my specification at no additional cost. Very happy with the purchase, just waiting to get the winter tires installed so I can enjoy driving it on these January Edmonton streets. Less
