Craig Grimes, A salesman at Koch greeted me and my family and made us feel at home. He offered us coffee, sat us down in his office, and with his vast product knowledge answered all the questions we had about the Explorer. He showed us the Explorer and we fell in love. We ended up buying the Vehicle and it is safe to say that our experience with Craig was amazing. We got a good deal and an even better vehicle.
