I leased car with this company for 2 years. When I return they said I owe them $420 for the scratches on all 4 rims($100 each). When I return they said I owe them $420 for the scratches on all 4 rims($100 each). I did winter tire swap at their service, it happened at service, I didn't hit all 4 rims to curb side etc. I tried to reach out to someone, send email, called Ford Canada, Ford Credit... I talked to everyone except Ford Koch manager in charge!!! I communicate with them by Ford Canada. Ford Canada said manager will call me. Never happened!!! Don't lease with them. There are lots of dealer around, work some others. This is horrible company, they don't care their customers!!! Less

Poor experience. Salesman argued that he couldn't take a loss, bought the identical car for thousands less at Freedom Ford. Look elsewhere.
