Pros': I have had good response and speedy service from this place , even if they cant get my car fixed the same day, they get it done by next day for sure. Cons' : I have got my tires changed from here twice so far. If you want to get your tires changed and no one telling you about to bring the car back in after 50 kms to re-torque, if you want to get your old tires removed and put in the same old torn plastic bag, even after telling them to put them in a new bag, then this would be a spot you could approach. Pros' : They call and confirm if there is anything that needs extra costing, if you would you like to get it done, they would do it or else let you know what would be the adverse affects. Cons' : There is always a hidden cost, when you drop off your vehicle it would not be mentioned. The hidden cost is Shop supplies. I am not sure what is shop supplies which would not be included in the other cost of the change or service. I am not very satisfied with the service i have received from this place on some matters. I have owned a car for 5 years now and this has been the year where i have received such service. Less

My truck is in for an oil change and they found a leak that requires a longer repair. Koch Ford (Eddie) ordered me an Uber so I could get on my way vs waiting for their service van. A dealership that understands and appreciates my time is a dealer that I will recommend and will continue to do business with. From working with finance (Phil) and the service level I received today with Eddie, I will most definitely be getting all my service done here. This is a one stop shop. Less
