Vehicle had no major issues over the years but could never get any service done at the dealer. We would always book in advance, show up and leave our vehicle at the ‘appointment’ time and always wait several days before being told they did not get around to it. We always had to keep calling them to find out nothing was done. Discovered through speaking with a service person they would bump our service booking if something came in that made them more money. After this occurred four (4) times we found other ways of servicing and repairing our vehicle. The camshaft broke last month, $4,500 to fix on a vehicle with only 67,000 km. Ford Canada did nothing. Did not even bother to try Koch Service as we did not want yet another disappointing service experience. This dealer has excellent sales and sales support, but that is where it stops. No service after the fact, warranty or otherwise. You need to believe that you will be looked after if you need help or service after the sale. For this reason alone I would not recommend Koch. The ‘response by owner’ comments left, I am sure go nowhere, written by someone only to create the illusion to those looking through reviews that the company looks after, is concerned with or is responsive to their customers. The truck was completely detailed and a full tank of fuel on pick up day. At 2000kms I had an incident with the bumper and dealt with Brian in the body shop of Koch. Great price, great work and super efficient. He handled everything. Next was the service department where I met Eddie. My first service was timely and friendly. This is an amazing dealership! Less

I have.my doubts either of these were done. There was no Oil drips at all near the filter you would think there would be some Oli residue left after changing it. Did you guys just top up the Oil? As well they were suppose to inspect the brakes and check the rear differential for any leaks but nothing was written on the service order implying they did this...hmm. And why is it everytime I come in, there are different service advisors why the high turnover. Not sure any of them know what their doing. Less
