I could choose the vehicle type and color for the test drive at the dealership Lincoln Koch in Edmonton. I am impressed with the excellent presentation for Lincoln Nautilus by sales manager Kelly Dakus who demonstrate his very professional manner and in Knowledgeable about vehicle. I liked the premium quality and smart features equipped as the standard in Nautilus. The edged interior with comfort and luxury seating and seating room space, the operations buttons, switches and panels are designed for the driver friendly showing the higher reliability. The full size sunroof energized me to drive the Nautilus in deep delight. The beautiful exterior body shape and color with the premium features including Lincoln signature front grill and premium wheels are enough to attract the people's eyes not only while I was driving, but also the Nautilus was parked in the parking lots. The vehicle was ready with full gas and washed clean at the time of the test drive appointment, and with the meal gift card in luxury restaurant. The boarding Nautilus with my wife and my daughter was very excited and drove to the fancy restaurant. We ordered the meals and wine, and enjoyed talking about our experience of the very exclusive customer service in Koch Lincoln Edmonton, and the exclusive concierge service arranged by the representative, Jane. The Nautilus was already my new vehicle in my mind during the test driving during the weekend. I like the driving fuel efficiency which shows even better efficiency than factory certified test data in the sticker, and also driving horse power is good for in the city and high way, and enough power and smooth driving for a long uphill slope. The test drive was very memorable moment and pleasant to me and my family. Now, I enjoy driving Lincoln Nautilus 2019. Less

I went in to trade in my Dodge Grand Caravan for a brand new Ford F-150 with my wife and cousin, they showed me the e… MoreThis was the worst dealership I've ever done business with in my entire life. I went in to trade in my Dodge Grand Caravan for a brand new Ford F-150 with my wife and cousin, they showed me the exact truck we were going to trade in for, with the appropriate options that I wanted on my truck, (rearview camera, towing package and the remote starter.) We signed the agreement, both sides FULLY understanding that the truck we saw that day is what we would be picking up next week. I then went in the following Thursday, just for them to bring out a DIFFERENT truck with NONE of the options that we had agreed prior. They took the keys to my Caravan leaving me with nothing but a truck I had never intended to purchase, I requested that I cancel out of this unacceptable trade immediately, in which then the sales manager relentlessly argued with no regards to what I had to say that I wouldn't be able to cancel now, and that I would have to either take that truck or PAY extra for the upgrade for the options we had FIRST agreed on. They then refused to return the keys to my caravan, leaving me in the middle of the city with no transportation to go to the police or ask for help. I eventually got my brother-in-law who happens to be a lawyer on the phone with the sales manager, and after 20 minutes of talking they agreed to cancel, which took an extra hour. This experience made me feel utterly disrespected and undermined, especially considering how easily they gave in after talking with a lawyer when they wouldn't even bat an eye at what I had to say. After this infuriating experience, I could never recommend this place to anyone, nor do I want to purchase a Ford vehicle ever again. Less
