I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Koch Lincoln on Gateway Boulevard in Edmonton. I brought my Lincoln in for regular service, as I normally do every six months. Duri… MoreI had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Koch Lincoln on Gateway Boulevard in Edmonton. I brought my Lincoln in for regular service, as I normally do every six months. During the service appointment, I was provided with a loaner vehicle, a Kia Kona. The next day, when I returned the loaner, I informed the service advisor that there was a small rock chip on the windshield. She told me it was “no problem whatsoever.” However, about a week later, I discovered a charge on my credit card from a third party for the damage. I never authorized Koch Lincoln to share my credit card information with any third party, which I find completely unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the service manager, who was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the process. It was clear that customer loyalty meant nothing, even after being a loyal Lincoln customer for over 10 years. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Koch Lincoln’s service department.
