I booked appointment 2 weeks earlier for Ford safety recall.i was first at 8am for 2 hours job to recieve calls every 45 mins that my car is being seeviced and they will send shuttle to pick up my car… MoreI booked appointment 2 weeks earlier for Ford safety recall.i was first at 8am for 2 hours job to recieve calls every 45 mins that my car is being seeviced and they will send shuttle to pick up my car.till 5pm,service manager(big liar) to apologise that they didn't touch my car from 8 till 5 and i must keep to after noon the second day.scammers they were lying all day .wasted my day because my recall was paid by Ford Canada,so they cant overcharge or scam.Not going back even if u are the Only Ford dealer in AB.Complaining to Ford Canada.Your CHEAP apology means nothing after u wasted 2 days.To hell koch.u dont deserve the 1star even. Which caused a whole ton of issues. Got my car to Koch Ford south and the staff were great. They were busy but knowing I was from out of town they quickly worked to get my car in and checked out. I was fixed and on the road within 2 hours!! You guys are fantastic! Less

I would have given 5/5 but the last time i brought my truck in for service I got it back with the interior smelling like grease cleaner or turpentine was spilled inside my truck. Been airing it out for the last 4 days and the smell is still there. I was in a hurry that day and I should have went back in to tell them. Still that is not a smell you should be getting when you get your truck back. Less
