Paula always takes good care of my MKX. Service was great with a Corsair provided as a courtesy vehicle. I have a 2013 Ford focus, so lots of problems with the transmission, i asked them to replace it after 3 years of horrible driving, they refused, however a friend with the same car has had hers replaced 3 times at another dealership.... Plus I went in for an oil change and tire change over, i had an appointment, but apparently they couldn't keep track of everything because I still didn't have an update on my car at 3pm, after them having it all day, and apparently getting nothing done. They did give me a rental, which was nice, but then I never heard from them again, until I had to call MYSELF on Wednesday afternoon. That's when they told me my car had been sitting there ready for pick up since Monday morning. When I finally went to pick my car up, no one could give me an explanation as to why i wasn't notified. The only reason they're getting 2 stars from me is because the service I've had previously with Mitch, has been stellar. And Scott, who helped me when I picked my vehicle up this time was extremely helpful, even ended up giving me a bit of a discount. If you decide to go with Koch, i recommend only dealing with one of these two!!! Less

Avoid this place at all cost. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with.
