So I aske… MoreI recently went here to get some work done on my truck. I asked for a quote on a few things. The initial quote was terrible. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. It was BAD. So I asked for a more competitive quote. I had to bug THEM to get another quote because the one guy had forgotten about me and went to watch the game. I was told by a different "parts specialist" they would make up for it. So I thought: "awesome, some service". Gave them another chance. I was specifically told on Friday I would have a quote by Monday. On Monday I received a call stating it will be done Tuesday to which as you could guess... still wasn't ready when I called Tuesday afternoon. I said I would not be bringing business to Koch Ford and to forget the quote. Just to get a sarcastic filled "ok". The same one your teen daughter will make while rolling her eyes and stomping away. I never felt like a customer at Koch Ford. Thus I will never be a customer at Koch Ford. I hope a manager can get into contact with me to discuss what had happened. Less

This dealership are the worst negotiators when your a women... the sales people won’t negotiate with women, only with men.... if your a women DO NOT use Koch Ford, you WON’T get a a deal!
