Very friendly and efficient service - expensive though, Ford at 7505-75 st did not charge me for installing signal light bulbs just the cost of the bulbs.

When repairs have warranted keeping my vehicle for an extended period of time they have been able to set me up with a rental which is greatly appreciated. This service was the third for a problem that can not be pinpointed but did lead to the discovery of a transmission problem that led to the installation of a new transmission which was thankfully still under warranty. I was surprised/disappointed to find out the new transmission does not come with its own/extended warranty rather it will only be covered until my original warranty expires in (8-10 months) 12,000 km. This doesn't sound right for a new transmission installation. Then sadly today, I had to return my vehicle to the service bay due to a significant leak from the transmission that was installed two weeks ago. Staff from service advisors to shop forman have been very pleasant, helpful and as accommodating as possible since September trying to resolve the original problem, unfortunately the repair attempts have not been successful and this final event very disappointing.
