I initially took it to a Go Ford dealership before christmas and was getting screwed around (1 day turned into 3+...of them not actually doing any work on my car), so Koch was recommended to me. I called them, told them the work I know I needed done and the parts I needed, and they were very helpful. Everyone was also very friendly and didn't seem to mind that I asked so many questions. I would definitely come back here to get more servicing done in the future! Less
