My engine light came on and the ford pass advised it was due to an emission or exhaust problem. I called Koch first thing in the morning and they were able to get my truck in that morning. I called Koch first thing in the morning and they were able to get my truck in that morning. They called by noon and let me know one catalytic converter needed to be replaced. They advised they ordered one and it would arrive the next morning and they would install as soon as it arrived. Picked up the truck by 2:00. Excellent service! Less
