Getting closer to the 100,000 klm i took my vehicle in for one of the last three prepaid maintenance services that I had. I was still under the 100,000 klm so there was no issue in getting my PRE-PAID maintenance done. Knowing that I get about 8000 klm per oil change my next service would be around 107,000 klm. So I just recently took my vehicle in for it's second last PRE-PAID maintenance and was told by my advisor that because I had gone over 101,000 Ford would no longer honor my PRE-PAID maintenance that they sold me when purchasing the vehicle new. There was also no warning from the advisor on my third last appointment of the 101,000 klm CAP. Had i known this i would have brought it back before the cap to get the new plugs that were suposed to be put in... Anyway, I have purchased many Ford trucks and cars over my lifetime from the same dealership in Edmonton (Koch Ford) and well this is the treatment you get. What is the difference if I get my PRE-PAID maintenance done at 101,000 klm or 107,000. I gave them the money for this.. so honor it.... but nope it ended up costing me $130.00 for an oil change. Thanks Koch and Ford. This is the kind of BS that turns people away forever. Less
