The whole process of buying with Chris and his team was fantastic, easy and quick. I got myself into a brand new f450 4 days after our initial visit! With all the stuff I needed added onto it ! Dealing with Chris , Federico and Ana was a delight! Everyone is so personable and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend Koch ford over and over again to anyone looking to get into a new or used vehicle! It was truly a great experience! Ps. Chris, also thank your mom for the delicious muffins! Those were a real treat! And thank you for letting me enjoy one of your dogs (photo included) 10/10 service 10/10 communication 10/10 overall experience! Super friendly staff, had my parts before they said they would. And the price was cheaper than what they quoted. Had them installed within an hour.
Went to the dealership to get service for my Ford F-150 because it showing drive control fault service required on my dashboard. Took almost half a day to fix the issue and when I finally have my vehicle I started the truck and guess what?, the problem isn’t fixed it looks like whoever technician dealing with the truck looks like they only run it to the computer test drive it and not even bothering to turn the vehicle back on to see if it’s still there after the test. So, After I paid the service that they charged me without fixing the problem so I ask them, what did I pay you then if you didn’t fix the issue and they said that they charged me for the diagnose and it cost me $230. Imagine for the slow service they have and not really fixing the issue on my truck and me paying for it, is just a waste of my time and money. Less
