My Lincoln Sales Representative was exceptional in negotiations, educating me on all the SUV features. The Financial Advisor so knowledgeable on everything Lincoln and Ford offered, completed all the steps of registration and insurance for me. Given I live 2.5 hrs from Edmonton, this service, awesome. My Sales Representative would check in periodically to ensure I was comfortable with everything. Truly, the best, most positive vehicle purchase transaction I have ever experienced.
