From the moment I walked into the service department, Angie greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel like a valued customer. She listened attentively to my concerns and ensured that all of my questions were answered. Angie's professionalism and knowledge were impressive. She demonstrated a deep understanding of the services my vehicle needed and provided clear explanations throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Not only did Angie provide excellent service, but she also went above and beyond to make the experience as convenient as possible. She coordinated a rental car for me while my vehicle was being serviced and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. I truly appreciate Angie's dedication to her job and her commitment to providing exceptional customer service. It was the first time that the vehicle had ever been… MoreDue to all the positive reviews that Koch has vs all the other Ford Dealers in the area, I chose them to have warranty work done on my 2019 F-150. It was the first time that the vehicle had ever been left at a shop since I prefer to do any maintenance or repairs myself due to bad experiences at many of the dealerships I had ever been to in my 32 years of vehicle ownership. I am a detail oriented person and not easy to impress. I could detail the events that took place during my visit here but I think that readers of this review need only the most important information: The Service Manager Blair is by far the biggest star of this Service Department. He understands how to find reasonable solutions in the relatively likely event that problems arise during the servicing of your vehicle. I cannot imagine how difficult it would be to staff an operation like this in an economy that we are currently experiencing in Canada. The young people in the Technician and Service Advisor roles are pleasant but seem uncomfortably distracted by their day to day lives and are prone to small errors. And who can blame them? Life is ridiculously expensive/ difficult for them under Trudeau. To close this out: I would recommend Koch Ford Service vs other locations. But. If you have any particular concerns prior to (or after) dropping your vehicle off, I would not leave it solely in the hands of a Service Advisor. I would suggest having a conversation with Svc Mgr Blair. He is easy to get ahold of and I truly believe that Customer Service is a priority for him, and he will work to find a solution should any issues arise. Less
