I appreciate the efforts of calling and getting recalls completed on my truck. However scheduling an appointment 2.5 weeks ahead of time does not mean a thing as it still takes all day to do what I was told would be a 2 hour job. I told the advisor that I would need the vehicle back by 3pm. They messaged saying it’s almost done at 2:45 and Sent me an uber. Then I still waited in the waiting room for almost another hour while the technician was “cleaning up”. Which there is scratch marks and greasy prints all over where the work was done. I understand most dealership service department are busy. But what is the point of scheduling an appointment for it to take all day anyways… won’t be returning to this dealership for any ongoing maintenance work. Less

They went above and beyond with updates and troubleshooting and genuinely cared about getting to the depth of the issue I was there for as well as found some additional items along the way - providing options and solutions to avoid issues down the road! I love our new to us Ford Escape. Gus was attentive and friendly making sure we were well looked after. Buying our vehicle at Koch was a great experience.
