I was waiting to get tires on vehicle when I blew two tires on highway so waited for tow…. Finally got vehicle to Koch and Ryan had a staff come to my work and pick up keys for vehicle. He then got me a luxurious Uber to Koch after work! They really did go above and beyound to assist me as they knew how frustrated I was. Katelynn kept in touch with me via phone and emails and when my vehicle was ready I needed a small part so helped me with ordering that. I can not state enough of how helpful they were with me….and a great deal on tires! Thank you Koch Ford. Less
