Right from the sales rep Andreas, sales manager Phil and Brennan, finance manager Sandra, made our purchase worthwhile and cost effective. Our goal was to get a fuel efficient SUV while keeping our costs low...and the team delivered. We did browse through the inventory a few times, but they did all the costing with patience. THIS is what "customer service" is all about. Even the upsells were done keeping our spend limit in mind. And it does not stop there, since it's winter, I needed to swap into winter tires. The service manager Mitch got us in quickly to ensure our delivery is on time. Kudos to tech Ethan who checked in on my tires with a gauge after the swap and ensured I'm good to drive.
