Did not receive a phone call with the delays. Had to call in to find out. Was luck as my original contact Maurice stepped in and got my work done which was still a day late. Been a ford owner for a long time. Also own a plumbing and heating which is just around the corner from Koch. We have 25 vehicles in our fleet. This was what I call in my business as a missed opportunity. Less
