Interesting that Blair was mentioned as he was at this location till a year ago. This shop has been transparent with work done and recommendations. If there is a concern they are attentive and listen something not always done at different Ford stores. They are the recipient of the Ford President's Award. When you read other reviews read between the lines especially if another location is part of the review. Less
