Took my car in for service and Ashley was great! She made she I understood everything and made sure I was comfortable while waiting.
Even though they did not take the tires off and there was an inspection to be done they did not inspect the vehicle totally. So most of the undercarriages was not checked. So most of the undercarriages was not checked. They asked if I needed the tires rotated which I did not need but because of that they did not inspect the brakes, shocks or any other part. Need to perform a better inspection. In a rotation they would charge me than perform a look at the brakes. I do not think good performance unless I am paying for it. I know that no one will get back to me. Less
Had my F350 in for warranty work and they did an excellent job! Front end was making noise and rear pinion seal needed replacing. Great job!
