I have ongoing issues with the different information about my car, from multiple service people. First my carfob was about $600, if I don't want to replace the whole thing, that is okay only the key is $200. Or we could unlock the door panel code for $40. Eighteen months later, unlocking the door is now$60 and "we need to contact the original dealership,you should have asked when you booked" I DID! Now we can unlock the door key panel after running my VIN. Oh, well if you want to use this feature, you HAVE to buy a second key AND fob. Something a key tech at f@#king Ford should know when I clearly explained what I wanted to do. I live in Canada and drive a little four banger,leaving my car running at -30 is part of a small car owners winter regime. Leaving it running at -40, when your only grabbing coffee, Is how most sensible canadians roll! So 600 for some winter peace of mind, as I live somewhere sketchy. I walked out of Koch Ford, so angry, the multiple people you deal with and apparent lack of communication between booking agents and front end is really noticable. At least they did not lose my keys this time Less
The staff was fire fly and accommodating. Unfortunately didn't get the problem fixed the first time but they worked with me to order the right part.
My 2023 F150 had a computer error and i dropped it off at Koch Service department who was quick to diagnose the issue and get me back on the road.

I told him how much I’m spending and for a new lease I wanted to stay within range for a Lincoln, he right away say “no come back when you can spend at least x dollars a month”. Funny thing was that I ended up going to another luxury dealership and found a car That I liked that cost more. If the sales person even took the time to go through options and what makes Lincoln a valuable car I may have stayed but it didn’t feel like they cared to take their time. Less
