They were kind enough to sort out the problem and do it at a reasonable price. This is not the first time that they have gone above, and beyond to ensure that my vehicle remains in good shape, and a comfort to drive. I have purchased many vehicles which have been sold serviced through one or another of the Koch dealerships, and have always been satisfied. (Needed winch installed) the service manager Freddy is as crooked as you could imagine. We paid cash for our vehicle where Freddy then threatened to cancel the sale until he got his 5 star review. This guy needs to be fired. Over the past ten years I have purchased personally 2 trucks and through my company 1 truck and 2 Lincoln SUV’s. because of Freddy and Tyler the finance guy. I will never bring my business back. I did submit a formal complaint to ford Canada about the issue and never heard back. Until these clowns are gone, I will be sure to keep telling everyone I know how Koch Ford Lincoln has a sales manager that believes in blackmail and entrapment. I moved my business to Freedom ford and would suggest anyone reading this do the same. They’re much more honest there. Less
