I wanted to let everyone know of the top notch service I recieved at Koch.Last year I discovered that my 2019 Ford escape was low on coolant, which on a newer vehicle was not normal, another dealersh… MoreI wanted to let everyone know of the top notch service I recieved at Koch.Last year I discovered that my 2019 Ford escape was low on coolant, which on a newer vehicle was not normal, another dealership who shall remain anonymous checked it over and topped up coolant level and said no leak. I took it to Koch Ford for a different opinion because I was low again on coolant.This time with proper diagnosis the leaky fitting was found and fixed at no cost to me.A special thank you to service advisor Daniell for going the extra mile, and to tech Adrian diagnosing the leak and putting an end to my coolant leak.
