Blair the service manager does not wait for an okay from the vehicle owner, to proceed with a repair or replacement of a substitute part when the proper part is on a wait list!!! I only have his word that it is still going to be covered by Ford warranty! When I asked if when the proper part is available would they still be able to install it now that they proceeded with this quick fix, he said that is a Ford question not a him question! I am beyond fed up with them!!! I did not ask for a speedy fix. I was willing to wait for the part to be available. But they went ahead with the 'bandaid' solution!!! Without knowing if once the proper part is available, they would be able to install it!!! And nobody knows for sure if that will fix the issue!!! They keep guessing on what needs to be replaced next on my 2022 Bronco sport Outerbanks. Must I repeat IT IS A 2022!!! Parts are not supposed to need replacing!!! On top of it all they pulled a credit report again without my permission! When they said that they would move me into a new 2023 Bronco sport, I thought they would just replace the LEMON they sold me but instead of doing this they pulled my credit without my permission probably so they can treat it as a sale to get commissions!!! The whole bunch of them don't deserve even 1 star. I am still having issues! Almost at the point of wanting them to buy back my Bronco!!! I am changing my review again. I have to say that Blair the service manager deserves an accolade, even though I ended up taking my Bronco somewhere else, he reached out to me a few times to see if there was anything he could do, he certainly made up for the ignorance of Freddy the sales manager. I do give Blair a 3 stars rating, for the effort he made to make sure I didn't need anything else. If I lived closer to the city I would go back there for service. Freddy still does not even deserve a 1 star rating! Lying to customers or anyone in my books is a definite wrong! Bought a 2022 Bronco sport from Koch, less then 1 week after my purchase I had to take it back in, the computer had past alerts that had not been cleared. It made it so at times it would not start. Now only 2800 km on the odometer less then 4 months of driving it. I am having issues with it again. I talked to the sales manager Fredirico Maya voicing my obvious frustrations. Well to quote him 'Of course a 1990 pick up would be more reliable!' Also was lied to by him, as he told me that the Bronco had only been there for a couple of weeks. And that there was no such report that states when it was delivered to the dealership! Less
