I had my car inspected on Jan 12. The work needed to be done for it to pass was quite extensive, but I figured that it was legit given it was an older vehicle. It cost me a solid $2500, a big setback but I figured it was worth it. I missed the 2-week window to get it registered so I got it inspected again on February 25. As of February 26, there is almost $6000 worth of "needed" repairs. They kept texting me through the 2 day wait with more things that apparently needed to be done. One of them was the need for 4 new tires. The existing tires were only 2 years old and in seemingly good shape. Another issue was apparently ,the need for new wipers (somehow $130?) even though I was experiencing no issues. Again, I have an older vehicle but am I supposed to believe that $6000 worth of issues developed with my vehicle in 6 weeks? $8500 needed to get a vehicle with 175000 km to pass inspection even though the vehicle was running quite well? Seems like they just wanted to take my money, fixing issues that were not really needed. Please avoid them. Less

Angie at the service desk was fantastic. She was friendly, approachable, and kept me informed the whole time. Her colleague Andres was equally great to deal with. They diagnosed and resolved the battery problem quickly, and while they had the truck in, they also caught a recall I didn't know about and flagged a collision sensor issue I wasn't aware of. Really appreciated that they were thorough without being pushy about it. I'll be honest, I've had some rough experiences at dealerships in the past, so I wasn't expecting much. But Angie and Andres completely changed my perspective. The whole visit felt low-pressure and genuinely welcoming. They made me feel at home, which is not something I say lightly about a service department. Highly recommend this team if you need your Ford looked after. Less

The service advisor kept us updated the entire time on what the techs suspected the issue to be and what they found out. I cannot express enough how great the experience was compared to my average dealings with dealerships. Less
