When I went back and had the problem fixed I was promised a free vehicle detailing for the troubles. Just went back for another ford maintenance plan appointment and didn't receive the detailing service, as well they noted all tires were filled with air to 35 PSI which they all were not so the low tire pressure gauge came on 5 minutes after driving away . Dealt with service advisor Ashley, she was fantastic . My 3 stars are for her only. Less

Fantastic service, got the bronze detail package and I was blown away with how clean my vehicle was. Probably the cleanest my truck has ever been!! Highly recommended 👍

Bought a used truck from Koch. I dealt with Damon and Phil in sales , both were professional and respectful. The finance department were knowledgeable and professional.
