They ruined my car ,I will never do business with ford again
The vehicle service was fine. The fact that Ford has been installing faulty, two piece lug nuts that deform and cannot be removed with the wrench provided for at least 11 years now is unacceptable.… MoreThe vehicle service was fine. The fact that Ford has been installing faulty, two piece lug nuts that deform and cannot be removed with the wrench provided for at least 11 years now is unacceptable. A simple flat tire on a night time, deserted road is a major problem and a safety hazard for anyone facing the failure of the lug nuts installed. It cost over $100.00 to replace the faulty lug nuts with aftermarket, one piece units and several hours of time pounding sockets onto the deformed lug nuts in order to remove them (and then pounding the jammed in lug nut out of the socket) to rectify this hazard. Not one bit happy with Ford!! Less

ust had a service for Ford Explorer 2016 (SO# 148955) at Koch ford 5121 Gateway Boulevard , the issue was with rear half shaft oil seal is leaking and i just mention issue with the air through the ve… Moreust had a service for Ford Explorer 2016 (SO# 148955) at Koch ford 5121 Gateway Boulevard , the issue was with rear half shaft oil seal is leaking and i just mention issue with the air through the vents blowing is not directed , Me and one of Advisor's coworker found that problem with air blend door actuator, and told advisor to leave that for time being .Even though i have extension warranty for the seal, This is my first experience compared with other dealership there is a deductible amount of $ 300, Advisor call me back me again and slightly forced that they have to diagnose regarding the vent issues then have to talk with extended 3rd party whether they covered or not, They wont covered that and KOCH charged me for the diagnose $ 172.... overall i paid 556.81. for Less
