And they really proved it coz they fixed and updated my car's modules and all! It was Ryan from the service department and Ryan from the parts department who made it all happen! I am super thankful to them they were both very accommodating and nice, they made sure that my problem was taken care of. I will definitely recommend this Koch Ford dealership! Thanks guys! :) Less
The Service Manager is amazing to deal with! He made sure we were taken care of when our truck went into they shop for a recall and needed more work then expected to fix the issue.
If you ever need a vehicle please stop at Koch ford. They where kind and very easy too work with from the beginning. I for sure will be buying another vehicle there when it is time.
Hello yes i brought my Ford Escape to Koch Ford for a recall and when they looked at my SUV there was a leak in a seal 2 ball joints weren't working up to par they called me and said that the warr… MoreHello yes i brought my Ford Escape to Koch Ford for a recall and when they looked at my SUV there was a leak in a seal 2 ball joints weren't working up to par they called me and said that the warranty does not cover it so i called the dealership where I purchased the SUV and they decided they would pay for the parts and labor and Koch Ford fixed them and so far no noises or anything wrong with my SUV.
