I was informed th… MoreI am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I recently received at your center. I booked an appointment for an engine oil service on the earliest available date. I was informed that the service would take approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. Since I needed my car to leave for work at 1:00 PM, I scheduled my appointment for 9:00 AM. During the booking, I was also offered a wheel alignment service, and I clearly told the staff that I needed the car back by 1:00 PM. However, after returning home, I did not receive any updates or communication about the progress. Around 12:50 PM, my brother and I went to the service center, only to be told that the service was not yet finished. Concerned about possible delays, I went to work with my brother’s help, and he agreed to pick up the car later. Even then, we received no further updates. Eventually, I had to reach out through the 1:1 chat feature on your website, and I only received a message at 4:38 PM saying the service was completed. When I checked the camera footage later, I noticed that the service did not actually begin until 1:11 PM — well after I was told at 12:50 PM that it was still being worked on. This feels misleading and unprofessional. If the service was only going to start that late, I don’t understand why an estimated completion time of 2 hours and 30 minutes was given, or why I wasn’t informed about the delay earlier. I would appreciate a clear explanation for this mismanagement and the inaccurate time estimate. Less
