Insurance claim for truck B&E was over $2500 in damages. Koch made sure I was treated fairly with the insurance company and took care of all my needs on additional services while it was there in their shop. Service manager Blair, assistant service manager Brenda and service writer Angelina doing a fantastic job for me!! Even the valet service on site was great they helped me MT my truck and load it all into a Budget truck rental. Also a free UBER trip back home when I dropped the truck off!! Still some follow-up required with getting some door jam wiring harness repairs completed as the factory door harness replacement was no longer available for this 2012. Koch has a wiring harness repair specialist on a contract basis to get the job done and will return for that when I have more time. Thanks out again to all the fine folks at Koch Ford Lincoln in south Edmonton!! Less
