A really great team, even though I don’t see all the people behind the work. I brought my vehicle to where I purchased and they couldn’t figure out an issue I was worried about. It didn’t affect the drivability but since I had no idea what the noise was and they didn’t either, and nothing was showing up on the scanner; they just dismissed it and never looked further into it. So I brought my vehicle to Koch. They were able to answer me because they did their homework! I never feel ignored with the issues I bring to them and they’re always so helpful, cheerful and friendly. They interact with you and treat you like a person and not like a number. Mitchell is my favourite! He always makes sure you are taken care of and finds you the best deals possible. Angie is also a favourite of mine! Less
