Did work as agreed to. Picked up our Lincoln ready to go, running smoothly and shining in the sun.

The plan was to stay in Edmonton for two nights and then proceed to Denver. Unfortunately, when I was in the parking lot of my Airbnb, I backed into a cement step which resulted and blowing a tire. Since the car wasn’t mine, I wanted to ensure there was no other damage. Abby Parsons worked patiently and diligently with me (I was a little technologically challenged) to get her photos for her to access if there was any other potential damage. She determined the thing to do would be to schedule a service appointment. Since she knew my tight time frame, she scheduled if for the first thing the next day. When I brought the car in, my service specialist Ryan Darbin listened to and said he would have his repair team check everything out. Then when he found out the problem, he was able to explain in laymen language that I had a bent suspension arm. He seemed like a seasoned customer service professional who was extremely great customer facing. Plus, he had also worked as a mechanic, so he did an incredible job of not only showing me the problem and issue, but also explaining the options on the best way to get it fixed. After the suspension arm was fixed, I was surprised to find out Ryan was in training. As I was leaving the dealership, I gave both Abby and Ryan a hug because they did such an awesome accommodating me and helping me get on the way. Saying I was totally impressed would be a huge understatement. As my son and I were leaving Edmonton early the next morning, we were greeted with a broken back seat window. Someone had broken into the car and took a lot of our luggage and personal belongings which were packed the night before. My son and I were devastated not only for the loss, but because we had to get on the road and had to get the glass fixed. I called Abby and told her what had happened. Just like before, she got a lot of information and went to work. She came back several minutes later and told me that they did not have that piece of glass, and that the warehouse they normally use didn’t have it as well. She said it would take to next week (it was a Friday) to get the replacement glass in. Abby could hear the disappointment in my voice and said let me do some further checking. It is my understanding that she then enlisted Ryan to help and between the two they found the glass that was needed to fix the window. When Abby called to let me know they had a solution, she said when can you get in. I said now! She said we will see you soon. Once the window had been repaired, my son and I were on the way. But that is not all. As we were driving, we ran out of windshield wiper fluid so I bought some at a gas station along the road. Unfortunately, I couldn’t figure out how to pop the trunk. So, both my son and I read how to do it in the owner’s manual, but to no avail. That is when I decided I should call my friend Ryan. Once again Ryan saved the day. He walked me though the procedure in a very descriptive easy way which actually should be in the owners manual. Anyway, I have never had such good service from people who truly seemed to care not only about my car, but for me as a person. They should both selected “Employee of the Month” and maybe even the year. Less

My dealings with both of them left me to feel that I was doing them the favour by entering into the dealership. Even after my encounter with them in person Fede called to work something out and regain my trust/business with Kosh - well instead of trying to provide customer service he lied to me - told me the car would have some things done to it and he would be in contact with me - I had to call him back and then was told that they allowed someone else to write a deal on the same car. WOW - rude, disrespect and lies....take your money and spend it at a dealership who actually treats people with respect and above all KINDNESS!! Shame on you Pierre, Fede and Kosh!! Less
