I had it towed to another location and their initial diagnosis was that it would be an expensive repair that the problem would probably continue to occur so likely not worth repairing. They also pointed out that the problem would never have shown up in an inspection prior to me purchasing it. Of course, this was devastating to me and so I contacted Koch Ford. From that point forward I received the most excellent service I could have hoped for from the Service Manager Blair Martin and his team. Blair investigated the problem thoroughly and he even went so far as to get a 2nd opinion from a Hyundai expert. Throughout all of this Blair kept in touch with me every step of the way. From the time I purchased my vehicle with the help of Monica Townsend in sales to the resolution of the problem. I can tell you I was treated with understanding, kindness, empathy and am truly grateful, I would highly recommend Koch Ford. Less
