Great experience
Came in pretty upset, left happy. Blair and Paula were awesome and they actually did go the extra mile. They did more for me as far as service and pricing than any other place I've been to.
They took care of the problem and kept me informed on the progress throughout the process.
I really enjoy my new truck from Koch...and they had great service for accessories too!
