In our… MoreUpdate: Quickly after posting my initial review the manager of service contacted me and was apologetic and collaborated with me to see how Koch could make it right, which I highly appreciated. In our conversation we talked about the service I had booked elsewhere and I was provided with an initiative that worked for me to try Koch again. With my second service I was left highly impressed with the customer service and the service their team provided. It ended up being a bigger job then anticipated but the team were very helpful and had frequent communication with me, approached me with solutions and was very reasonably priced. They also provided additional services on their own accord which was not expected or asked for but topped off a very impressive service experience. I did not expect this highly level of response to my initial review and it showed to me that they practice what they preach and after this I will continue to use and recommend their business. Took my car in for another recall service which was fix without an issue. Customer service was lacking though, went to the desk to check in and pick up but both times was ignored very awkwardly for several minutes before someone was willing to assist. Was given a vehicle report record and was told we were all good but I got home and the mechanic had made a note regarding a service needed that I would of rather been told about so I could book my car in right away as a result I booked the service elsewhere.
